At Extend Your Wifi Coverage, we want to ensure your home network is performing at its peak. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your networking equipment within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Device
Place the wifi extender or router in its original packaging, ensuring all antennas, power adapters, and ethernet cables are included to avoid restocking fees.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box, covering any previous tracking barcodes.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and reset the firmware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
